I hired McNally Chimney after a lengthy phone interview. Keith McNally sounded like the real deal. After seeing how he relined, capped and made the furnace connections I was convinced he was the best man for the job. He’s an artist when it comes to chimneys. Neat, clean, and reliable. He says what he does and does what he says… utterly fantastic. McNally Chimney far exceeded my expectations.

Keith is wonderful to work with. He is honest, kind, and does a wonderful job. I have an extremely old house/chimney and Keith explained exactly what needed to be done to fix the leak I had. He takes good care of his customers and tells you exactly what needs to be done, he doesn’t add any unnecessary work into the job. He was on time and cleaned up when he was finished with the job. He really takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him.

McNally Chimney deserves more than five stars to rate its outstanding workmanship and service, and you will not find a more knowledgeable and honest chimney professional than Keith, the owner. I recently contacted the company for an urgent job, and Keith came out right away. He diagnosed the problem, explained the issues to me, and answered all my questions. To boot, he spent extra time at my house helping me figure out a heating issue I thought was related to the chimney, even after he figured out it was not the case. Keith and his crew worked quickly, neatly, and carefully on the needed repairs, both inside the house and up on the exterior structure. Although I hope the next time I call will be for a simple sweep, this is the only chimney contractor I will use for big jobs or small. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! Keith was completely professional. He showed us what was being installed into our chimney and was explained the process. He was prompt and reasonably priced. He also cleaned up all the materials once the job was completed. Highly recommend!

Keith came to inspect our furnace chimney and found sticks that needed removing in the basement clean-out. Also checked from the roof and placed a new cap. Potential fire risk was eliminated. Highly recommend McNally Chimney!
